Completed my Bachelor of Business Administration at GITAM University, India. Explored business functions and clarified where my interests align.
Worked in sales and marketing, and served as a Team Manager for the HR department. Led interns, supported recruitment, and strengthened collaboration and accountability.
Gained hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and contributing to smoother hiring and improved candidate experience.
Worked as a Web Analyst while analyzing performance, user behavior, and conversion data for clients such as ZEN3edu and Skylark, strengthening analytical thinking and problem-solving.
